Pain during breathing, can have mulyiple causes. And definietly it needs to be evaluated. There is no significant history provided in ur case and even ur age is not provided.

Hi: Pain in the chest during breathing could be due to problems in lung, pleura, bone or muscles. I would suggest you to get an Xray and ECG done. If normal, mostly should due to muscle or bone. Just take some pain killers, you should be fine.
