Hi,
You might have flabby muscles over the the joints or loose ligaments of the knee joints, this produces slight gap in the joint and gives cracking sound or pain while moving the joint.
You do Patellar exercise and muscle strengthening exercise.
thnx dr.ramesh
i have another question.. i have recently joined a gym but i didn't used to do leg excercises.. do you advice me to start the leg excercises as in is would there be any harm if i do? or should i just do the excercises you mentioned above?
