Wisdom Teeth Extracted And Because Of Feeling Pain The Dentist

wisdom teeth extracted and because of feeling pain the dentist again administered top up anaesthetic and it was fine I have not felt any pain at all. Now after 2 hours I cannot swallow even my saliva and I have to run to the toilet to drain my mouth avoiding my saliva goes uncontrollably to the respiratory pipe. I am panicking now. is it normal or I have to go to the dentist or emergency?
