Hi, my 6 yr old daughter has a yellow tinged crusting and yellow oily looking substance at the top of her ear, inside the fold. It is slightly tender with a slight redness to the skin underneath the crust and doesn't have an odor. After a bath it looks fairly clean and free of crust/oily discharge but the next day it comes back. Does this sound like seb derm? The only change we have made is her beigining to take showers on her own instead if baths and possibly a new shampoo/conditioner. She does not normally have sensitive skin. Thank you.
