yes my husband has had a LAD stenetd 99 % blockes heart attack and since then rpa is 100 occluded and his blood pressure used to be bottom number high.. NOW he has no energy and rest to obtain oxygen and his functioning through cardiac cath is 40% he is 43 yrs. old.. BUT,, when i take his bp his TOP number is high at like 169/ bottom like 88 with a pulse of 69???? why is the top number high???what does the top number mean and when should you be ALARMED ..
