Hello,
You need to have a full check up.See a specialist for a pelvic, breast examination. You should get some blood tests done like blood count, thyroid function, platelets, bleeding and clotting tests, ultrasound pelvis to look for adenomyosis, fibroid, endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia. You may need to have a D&C for andometrial sampling .You need to rule out all the above before one can term this dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Treatment will depend on that.
