Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum

If you are suspecting Alzheimer than you are not suffering from it as most of the patient with Alzheimer do not have insight for the illness.

From your description I suspect Depression which is very common in old people and can mimic early stage of Alzheimer disease.

Hope this will help you,

Wish you Good Health, www.99doctor.com
