Diagnosed With Autoimmune Disease. Started Plaquanil, Methotrexate. Had Positive Rheumatoid Factor, Malar Rash, Blood In Urine
in 2011 I was dxd with an autoimmune disease I was started on plaquanil and later added methotrexate I had a positive rheumatoid factor and high sed rate I have recently developed a malar rash and had blood in urine on several occasions however I believe my ana tests were negative how can a DR tell if you are just in low activity or you in tryly don't have the disease and wont the meds cause a negative result?
atually this can be spreading of disease to other organ systems you caan not stop medicines like this consult the immunologist to see the effects are due to spread in other organs or due to med you can change salts but not stop low dose methotrextate weekly dont give side effects for log time use
