How To Reduce Severe Dizziness And Chest Pain?

Sudden onset of severe dizzyness yesterday lasting all day. Still dizzy this morning but eased considerably. Last few hours pain in left side of chest. No other symptoms only medication I take is Lipitor once day 10mg 40 f healthy weight can only describe dizzy episodes as someones hand inside my head pushing my brain towards back of skull . No pain just passing out

The pain on the left side of chest could be muscuoskeletal in nature like a muscle pull or even costochondritis. You may take a pain killer, apply a local analgesic gel and some local heat. But before this consult your cardiologist and your pulmonologist to rule out any other pathology.
