Lymphatic vessel

What is Lymphatic vessel?

These belong to Lymphatic system, just as blood is carried by blood vessels, lymph is carried by thin endothelial vessels that carry lymph to lymph nodes, then to thoracic duct and ultimately drains to subclavian veins. There are afferent and efferent lymph vessels, if lymph drainage is affected, it results in oedema.
