This doctor takes care to listen to your problems and once he has finished examination, he explains your condition and what treatment he is going to do. He also patiently answers your questions, even if they are silly and even if he is very busy and has a lot of patients waiting to see him.
Even though I have to wait a bit to see him, it is worth the while because I feel much better just having consulted him!
