I see a slight increase in "LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE" which is 233. Is there anything I should be worried

Why am I feeling stomach-burning sensation all day, More pain after eating. often ?

My question is this - the gum seems healed but nerves under and around it are still inflamed

Please confirm if blood circulated in genitals is not mixed with other blood or circulates
