8 Weeks Pregnant. Have Mole On Breast. It Is Swollen And Darker Colour. How To Get Rid Of It?
Question: I have a mole on my breast. It has been seen in the past by a doctor and deemed ok. I have recently been on holiday and it could have slightly got burnt(possibly and i didnt peel)
It doesnt itch or look more ireegular than when it has been seen about a year ago.
i woke up today and it has bled in the night time quite alot and it has a slice through it. I am wondering if t was my nail? It has never done this before it is now swollen and a darker colour where it has been sliced. I am very worried and i am 8 weeks pregnant.
Thanks so much

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to Healthcare Magic!
The moles can stay lifetime without causing any trouble, but they can turn malignant rarely, in your case the trauma due to scratching is a more likely cause of the bleed but in the photograph I can see a red contour also.
If a mole recently becomes painful, increases in size, gets a moist, bosselated surface, inflammed margins or bleeds to touch then it may have progressed to malignancy and must be reviewed by a dermatologist and get biopsied.
Pregnancy is not a contraindication to biopsy of the mole.
If you have any further query please let me know I would try to answer it for you.
Wish you a great health!
