Acne Formation On Face After Drinking Tea Or Coffee. How To Control It? Using Cliface Gel
i have been also using cliface gel for reduce acne & spots
The key factor influencing acne is genetics. It develops as a result of the following (1) increase in the skin cells resulting in the plugging/blockage of the hair follicle (2) excess sebum production (sebum is an oily/waxy substance which is released by glands in the skin that lubricates the skin and hair,in acne too much is made)
(3) presence of certain bacteria in the skin that encourages the inflammation(4) inflammation
Male hormones actually promote the increase in skin cells and excess sebum.
Treatment should be directed towards treating the 4 factors mentioned above: the increase skin cells, the sebum, the bacteria and the inflammation.
The medication you are using is an antibacterial which would fight the bacteria and may also reduce the inflammation. Some persons may develop resistance to the antibacterial creams and this will decrease their effectiveness.
The chances of resistance are reduced if you combine it with a product containing benzoly peroxide (these are available over the counter and used once or twice a day, no bacterial resistance of these products has yet been seen)
If these topical treatments do not work then topical retinoids may be necessary. They decrease the number of skin cells and the number of bumps on the skin, they can be used alone or with the other medication. They are used once a day.
In some persons with alot of acne, antibiotics have to taken by mouth for a short period of time. These will reduce the inflammation in the skin.
Other systemic therapy includes systemic retinoids, these are given by a dermatologist.
In terms of diet, some doctors believe that junk foods (for example soft drinks and potato chips ) have a bad effect on the skin. Others have noted that foods with reduced amounts of carbohydrates then to cause less acne.
If you notice that for you, the tea and coffee stimulate the acne, you may have to decrease the use or use decaf.
So basically, combine benzoly peroxide wash with your gel, if no improvement try the topical retinoids.
I hope this helps.Feel free to ask any other questions
