Hi and thanks for the query,
Common steroid containing creams could be useful. This could simply be that you react more than others to traumatic inflammatory lesions.
Prednisolone creame a lightly applied on this area twice daily for maximum of two days continually should be useful. However, excessive use should be avoided for this can lead to bleaching of the skin if used excessively.
It would be appropriate to consult a dermatologist for an appropriate prescription and followup in case of any side effects.
