HGH
Detailed Answer:
I follow your question.
Human Growth Hormone boosters/ supplements/ enhancers , and all such products are deemed unsafe by experts in hormone treatment (ie endocrinologists) worldwide.
There are very few and select medical circumstances where treatment with Growth Hormone is warranted. I believe you already know this, as is evident from your comments above. So indeed in these situations ('Growth Hormone Deficiency' syndromes) GH injections are utilised for the purpose of increasing height and building bone and muscle mass.
But I do understand you are referring to the supplements and not the actual pharmaceutical medication. However, even these are unregulated and to my knowledge there is no well conducted long term safety and effectiveness studies on this particular product you have mentioned, in credible medical literature.
So I do not recommend this to any of my patients.
Furthermore, at the age of 20, you cannot expect any increase in height from hGH in any form or for that matter, from any intervention.

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attachments you have provided.
I would not recommend you take such supplements at all.
There are no systematic studies of robust scientific nature to prove either way, as to whether or not this particular product will benefit or harm you.
But the overwhelming consensus among hormone experts is against such products which can potentially lead to harm.

So called 'natural ingredients' SOLD WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION are not considered safe by endocrine experts.
Some companies sell human GH pills or GH releasers, claiming that the pills are “anti-aging” substances. But these substances have not been proven to increase the body’s production of GH or to fight aging, increase muscle, or provide other benefits.
Studies of healthy adults taking such GH related products have produced conflicting results. Some short-term studies showed that older adults increased their endurance and strength, with increased muscle and decreased fat mass. But other studies did not show similar benefits. More studies are needed to fully understand the benefits and risks of GH related natural ingredients use in healthy adults.
Data has been limited to research studies. This is not enough for us to make a confident statement that it is fully safe unless large long term rigorous trials are undertaken by the manufacturer.
