It seems to be some viral infections.
Do blood testing for viral or bacterial infection.
Also do blood culture testing.
Consult for ultrasound abdomen.
Meanwhile take paracetamol for fever, body aches and headache.
Take protein rich diet like eggs, peas, beans etc.
Take fruits and juices more for energy.
Take proper rest.
Avoid too much stress and exertion.
