Are Red Spots On Penis Head Suggestive Of Herpes Infection?
Question: My boyfriend has been getting little red spots on head of penis after sex can that be herpes? They are not blisters just looks like red dots

Having multiple cuts while having sex and having blisters are completely different phenomenon and mostly not related. To maximum they can occur along with each other as incidental finding.
From the available photograph I feel they are not herpes but more probably scabies and other STDs.
