Brief Answer:
There is no additional risk related to this.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this drug that your mom is taking. Though this doesn't add any additional risk to her surgery, it is not good for her health. I strongly recommend that she stops using this drug in order to protect her health. Every drug is a poison and we only prescribe them because the benefits outweigh the risk. Taking drugs without medical justification is putting your health at risk.
I hope this helps. I wish you mom a safe procedure. If there is need for further information and clarifications, please let me know.

Thank you for answer. How long before the surgery does she need to stop taking it to avoid interaction between general anaesthetic and the crystal meth?
Brief Answer:
Get off it now
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up question.
Crystal meth is in most instances an illicit drug. I don't think it is been used for a medical purpose. Therefore it would be best for her to stay off this medication as long as possible before her surgery not only because this medication might possibly interact with drugs used during surgery but because it also seriously damages her health.
When to get off is now and if she needs help, I will encourage her to seek help from a drug addiction specialist.
I hope to this helps. I wish your mother well.
