Brief Answer:
unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your description. It would be helpful if you could upload a photograph of the veins.
Going by your liver function teats you do not have any evidence of cirrhosis. Hence the veins were unlikely to be due to liver disease however I would suggest you visit your doctor to get them examined.

Brief Answer:
does not suggest cirrhosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your liver function tests are normal, the ultra sound shows fatty liver .
There is nothing which might suggest cirrhosis in these reports.
Your common bile duct is dilated I would like to know if it was the same in previous scans.
I would consider an MRCP to evaluate the cause of the dilated bile duct.
