It can be either a Bartholin cyst or simple cyst in vagina.

It has a yellow tint so most likely it needs to be drained.

You can take antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs under your doctor's prescription and it is better to consult a Gyanecologist, so that cause can be confirmed.
