Can Amway Nutrilite Daily Be Taken Instead Of Zevit?

Question: I am 62 years old and whenever i take one ZEVIT capsule at bed time, next day i feel fresh and healthy. My daughter suggested me to take DAILY tablet of AMWAY instead of zevit. Kindly let me know which will be appropriate for me in this age. Thanks
