Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greeting of the day

Dear Sir

Azithromycin can be safely used as it belongs to macrolide group of antibiotic which is structurally very different from penicillin.
Amoxiclav should be avoided if you are allergic to Penicillin, use of Prednisolone will reduce allergic reaction.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take Care
