Brief Answer:
ofloxacin also works against staph. It's a broad spectrum antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ofloxacin is a broad spectrum antibiotic, this means that it can treat a wide range of bacteria ,including staph. It would treat the staph on the penis and also help the epididymitis.

The CDC guidelines for epididymitis are as follows: (1) if related to sexually transmitted infection- one injection of a antibiotic called ceftriaxone plus either levofloxacin or ofloxacin

(2)if not related to sexually transmitted infections then levofloxacin or ofloxacin can be used

This means that you can use the ofloxacin alone if the infection is not sexually related.

Doxycycline also treat a number of different bacteria but the list of bacteria does not include stap, this means that it would not help the stap .

Though fluclox can treat staph, it would not be needed because the ofloxacin should be enough but if you are not sure , then you can add it.

There is no interaction between ofloxacin and fluclox

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
