Can Klonopin, Keppra And Zyprexa Cause Weight Gain?

Question: I am on Klonopin 2mg, Keppra 2g, Zyprexa 5 mg and Lexapro 60 mg. I would like to know if Keppra or Lexapro at these dosages can cause weight gain. I know that Zyprexa can cause weight gain (but even at a low dose?), but i had already before weight gain (serious) while taking Lexapro (more than 10 mg) and Keppra plus Klonopin So i would like to know if meds other than Zyprexa can alsop cause weight gain.
Thanks beforehand

Brief Answer:
lexapro, keppra can cause weight gain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
All SSRIs can cause weight gain after a long term use, say for 6 months or more. Lexapro is one such SSRI. Though there may be an initial weight loss for few weeks, but on long term use, it can cause weight gain.
Keppra can also cause weight gain. But there are case reports which show weight loss with keppra too.
I have seen my patients gaining weight with keppra.
Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.
Take care.
Thanks.
