Can Miralax And Warfarin Be Taken Together?

Question: My name is XXXX, I am visiting in AX from Calgary. We have been here for over two weeks and plan to be here for about the same amount of time. I am 78, in good health, I have suffered from atrialfib but have had an oblation procedure done 3 yrs ago which has been successful. I still have occasional heart skips and palpitation that occur every week or so, they are minor and do not affect me doing exercises (bike riding, etc) My doctor continues to prescribe warfarin, I take 3.5 mg+/- and my INR stays steady at about 2.5. Since arriving here i have been suffering with periodic constipation. I visited a pharmacy and told the pharmacist about the constipation and he recommended a product called Miralax which contains Polyethlene Glycol 3350. I forgot to mention about my warfarin. Will taking this laxative affect my INR? I go into a lab in Mesa every couple of weeks and get my INR checked. Is there much risk of taking this laxative in the short term, up to 7days is the recommended time to take it?
