Brief Answer:
Yes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

Cellulitis is most commonly caused by bacteria like streptococcus and staphylococcus. Novaclox is a combination of antibiotics amoxicillin and cloxacillin, and is very useful in such infections. Usually given for a course of 7-10 days.
Anyhow, if the infection fails to respond in first 2 days of starting the treatment, this may need further evaluation and upgradation of antibiotics.Your doctor will guide in this.

Regarding your blood report, there is mild variation in the cell counts and a marginal increase in serum creatinine. There is decrease in WBCs, RBCs, and Platelet count. This needs a follow up testing after few weeks to see whether this persists or not.
Mild derangement in LFT need not be worried, and is expected.

Kindly stick on to followup with your doctor, as advised.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
