Brief Answer:
The only interaction is between Tirosint and Trulicity
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
The only interaction between those drugs is between Tirosint and Trulicity because Tirosint may interfere with blood glucose control and reduce the effectiveness of Trulicity and other diabetic medications. But if your thyroid and diabetic level is normal then you do not need to worry about it because that means that the doses are adjusted well.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Yes, zantac is a very safe medicine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up question.
Yes, you can take Zantac with these other meds. In general it is a very safe medicine.
Please let me know what do you mean by Thyroid was high... was the TSH high, or the other thyroid hormones were high ?
If you will need to increase or decrease the dose of Tirosint, you may need to adjust the dose of Trylicity as well.

Dr. Papaqako

hormones were high....
Brief Answer:
May be needed adjustment of dose of medicines, under constant follow-up
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If the thyroid hormones are high, then maybe you will need to decrease the dose of Tirosint, and then may be needed to increase the dose or Trulicity.
But, if the TSH (which is a hormone too) is high, then you will need to do the opposite.
For both these, I would recommend discussing with your doctor because these medicines are very important and you need constant monitoring.
Let me know if you have other concerns.
