Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay.
Brown discharge can be a normal finding during pregnancy due to hormonal changes, if it stop after taking injection than you can continue your pregnancy.
Little bit lower abdomen pain is not a cause of concern it can be due to stretching of muscle of uterus and abdomen.
I know your pregnancy is associated with some risk and it is come under high risk pregnancy but in my opinion with proper guidance and under expert team( rheumatologist and Gynecologist) you can easily continue it.

Can continue your pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
First and most important thing why you have stopped folic acid because it is the most important drug for neurological development of baby and can cause neural tube defect.
As we discuss before these are autoimmune disease and remission occur during pregnancy so with your doctor opinion if possible maybe you will not require any treatment for RA.
And after doing second level ultrasound we can rule out foetal anomalies and can continue pregnancy if everything is fine.
Because the things are same in future also because RA is a life long disease.
Sorry I can't give my number to you,it is not our policy but I am always here to help you and you can directly ask or talk to me through hcm.
Hope you can understand our limitations.
Good luck.
