Question: can arthritis of the spine cause pain in my tail bone? I also have scoliosis. When I bend forward, even just putting my chin down against my chest, I can feel the ache in my tail bone. I also have psoriasis.

Yes, arthritis/scoliosis if not treated properly can cause pain in tail bone.

Try to avoid sitting on hard surface, instead still on soft surface.

Sit in luke-warm water for 30 mins in morning and evening for about 15-20 days.

If pain still not relieved the get xray of coccyx in lateral view and send me the report.

In addition to already taking medication add thiocolchicoside by prescription of your doctor.
