35 and female with increasing popping and grinding in tailbone area.Have had pain for few years but getting worse and left hip is now bothered.Always worse when constipated or during menstrual cycle.Nerve all through left upper thigh and buttock very painful.Seems to be extra bone growth around tailbone as well.To look at area I notice misshape but husband says everything looks fine.Certainly doesn t feel fine.Put this off way to long but don t even know what type of appt. to make to try and get relief.

Strengthen your gluteus muscle isometrically by just tighten them. Then you can also do sits bath if this doesn't cure than see a physio they will do ultrasound therapy to affected area this may ease your symptoms with in a week for sure.
