Can Hirsutism Caused By PCOS Be Treated By Exercises?

Question: Dear Sir,
I had been suffering from PCOS SICNE the age of 12. I am 23 years old now and still battling with the same. I have started doing pranayam. I wanted to ask if my Hirsutism can be cured by Paranayam too ?
