Brief Answer:
it may cause these symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
uncontrolled thyroid disease may cause such symptoms. Hyperthyroidism in particular causes nervousness, sweating, weight loss, increased appetite, tremor, etc. Hyperthyroidism may occur as a result of autonomous hormone production by the thyroid or by a higher than required thyroxine dosage. Since you're taking 75mcg per day, hyperthyroidism is possible. You should check your TSH levels to see if it's the thyroid or not.
Kind Regards!
