Can I Stop Levothyroxine Inspite Of Losing Weight?

Question: I am 30 years old. I was diagonised with hypothyroid condition around 10 years back. I had weight of around 90 kgs then. I started treatment of Levothyroxine and exercise to reduce weight. I am currently weighing 60 kgs but continue to be on thyroid medication. I walk for around 40-45 min each day currently. My thyroid reports show lot of variations. Wanted to check if I can be completely off medicines and diet I need to adopt

Thanks for the advice. I take Levothyroxine 100 mg now, my earlier dose was 125 mg. I do not have latest reports of the same. I had consulted a doctor who had reduced by does to 50 mg last October-November but my TSH levels again went high and I started taking 100 mg dose. What all tests are required now so that I can get them done ?

Sure. will get them done. Almost 7 years I am taking 100mcg dose. No other issues. Period are very regular.
