Hello,

These are good questions you are asking.

Taking testosterone, if you have not been tested as having low testosterone levels can mess you up. The natural production of testosterone works on a feedback loop with the pituitary-hypothalamus glands. If you take a hormone or something that increases that hormone, that increase sends a message to your pituitary to stop making hormones that cause the production and release of your own natural testosterone.

In addition, if you take testosterone in addition to your own, it will effect other parts of your body, such as increasing the risk of acne and loss of hair on the head.

So anytime you take a hormone, it should be under the guidance of a doctor who can check your levels on a regular basis.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.

To get a guidance from doctor, do I really have to go and meet with doctor personally because I am still under the control of my parents so it's a bit difficult for me to do that and can i get the guidance from you guys or I can only get that guidance from specialists from this website or it's a must to meet with doctors instead of contacting with emails.

I suggest you call your doctor's office and ask what the confidentiality policy is for someone your age. Where I live, a teen at the age of 16 can see a doctor and get lab tests, without the parents needing to be informed. In fact parents no longer have access to their child's electronic chart at that age. So if you are 18, most likely you can work directly with your doctor.

Ordering a serum testosterone level is not something we can do online with this service. We can give information, guidance, advice, but not order labs or prescribe medication. But if you see a doctor where you live, he or she can do these things.

Thanks for your time and also for your reply. I still have one more question and I believe you could help me with that and sorry, if I bother you. It's that every time I touch the XXXXXXX of my penis it's hurt but it's touchable. And also I would like to know that when I had an intercourse l, duration of the starting time and ejaculation time is so short and I would like to know the possibilities for being like that and average of the time for that too. Have a great day. Thank you so much m.

I think what you are describing is premature ejaculation where you ejaculate too soon.

If you are not wearing a condom during intercourse, you can try wearing one, and this may slow things down for you.

Another thing you can try is the "Pause-Squeeze Technique".

Here's how to do this:
Begin foreplay as usual, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. Have your partner squeeze your penis with her hand, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until your urge to ejaculate passes. Have your partner repeat the squeeze process as necessary.

By repeating as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating too soon. After some practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation might become a habit that no longer requires the pause-squeeze technique.

Another technique (Stop-Start technique) is to stop sexual stimulation just before ejaculation, wait until the level of arousal has diminished and then start again.

Another thing some people find helpful is to masturbate shortly before being with your partner.

I hope these suggestions help.
