Brief Answer:
2 weeks is really pushing it.

Detailed Answer:
Seems very unlikley. Mainly because the tests tend to put a cap on how sensitive they will go. Frankly, the inaccuracy of the usual (immunospot) testing is a key point. First, it tests primarily for metabolites of HEROIN and is not necessarily going to show up oxycodone even 2 days after use. Second, there are considerable possibilities of a false test and XXXXXXX seeds definitley can show up on the test as positive. The Mass spectroscopy test is much more sensitive and specific.

In summary, a positive test is more likely to be from a false reading than from a true one. BUT the confirmatory mass spec test has a SMALL chance of still showing up very very low levels of real metabolites (but that is unlikely at TWO weeks, one week, yes).

Thank you for your prompt answer, doctor. My client was arraigned on 09/15. The tests was done by pretrial services as a condition of his bond. He was tested positive on 09/18, and again on 10/01. However, the levels dropped significantly. I'm sorry I don't have the specific levels for you. As I understand your response, if my client had taken oxycodone within the 24 hours prior to his arraignment, it would not be unusual for him to test positive on 09/18. With that in mind, if he ingested something like XXXXXXX seeds between 09/18 and 10/01, could this have resulted in a positive result for oxycodone metabolites?
