Brief Answer:
diet modifications to get off ppi
Detailed Answer:
Hello I have studied your case you need diet modifications to deal with hyperactivity.
Take easy to digest food.
Eat fresh fruits vegetables and salad.
Ppi do not directly lead to osteoporosis.
Long time hyper acidity can lead to osteoporosis.
Many of my patients get off from ppi by doing yoga, pranayama, and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also start that.
Also correct root cause of hyper acidity if it is there.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question.
Take care.
