Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and get investigated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Stroke is common with increasing age, hypertension and other risk factors.
The recovery in stroke occurs gradually and antiplatelet drugs are to be continued lifelong.
Recurrent stroke needs evaluation for any additional risk factors like cardiac illness, atherosclerotic plaques.
Post stroke seizure can occur in few patients due to associated gliosis of brain tissue. High chances of recurrence is there during initial 1-3 months of seizure.
Drug dosage and number can be increased if needed.
Cortical venous thrombosis should be evaluated and is associated with high incidence of seizure.
Anti coagulant are advised with proper monitoring.
Investigations are done for ascertaining etiology of such thrombosis.
Duration of treatment depends upon etiology.
Continue medications as advised by neurologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
