Brief Answer:
Chemical injury to septum
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query,
Snorting can lead to chronic dryness and degeneration ultimately causing perforation. As you have said that there are indentations, it means the changes have already started in the cartilage of the septum.
The cartilage cannot regenerate but the mucosa can. As till now, there is no perforation, stopping snorting will stop further damage.
You may apply a lubricating ointment like Vaseline.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
