Levothyroxine 25mcg x 1 daily Saturday and Sunday
Levothyroxine 50mcg x 1 daily Saturday and Sunday
Levothyroxine 100mcg x 1 daily Monday - Friday
Plaquenil 200mg x 2 daily - 1 Morning and 1 evening
