Mostly just slight pain and its directly in the back as well. If I had to describe it I would say tender/slight discomfort to sore upon touch on the ribs. I Was diagnosed with costochondritis back in July and had routine bloodwork down in August. I have had trouble in the back area since a injury in January.
Also when I do TENS therapy on the back it seems to feel some discomfort on that rib on the right side. Almost like it is referred or something
