Cyst-like Lump On Arm, Tight Arm. Had Rotator Surgery On Shoulder. Should I See A Doctor?

Thanks for posting your query.
A small cyst like lump on the bottom of your left arm could be due to a muscle fiber injury or ganglion- a cyst like fluid collection in the tendon sheath.
Most of the times such small cysts are harmless and benign unless infected.
You need to self monitor the area for any increase in size, redness or pain which is indicative of inflammation. In such a case, an examination by an orthopedician and investigations like MRI will help in identifying the origin and extensions of the lesion.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
