Brief Answer:
Not associated with sugar or cortisol levels. anxiolytics for insomnia

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and I understand your concern. floras and spiriva are both inhalers for lungs and work as bronchodilators one is an intranasal fluticasone and other is triotropium in it both for pulmonary bronchodilation and relief of symptoms.

Regarding blood sugar lowering or corticosteroids levels compromise that is not remotely associated with these two meds.

However it does can cause respiratory symptoms exacerbation so I hope you have stopped it with the consent of your doctor because other wise you may end up in a very severe bronchospasm. Talk to your pulmonologist and let them decide what is best for your. As far as blood sugar or steroid levels are concerned no worries.

Regarding the anxiety and sleep disturbance take some symptomatic care like anxiolytics and sleep aids.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
