Do I Need Surgery For Severe Shoulder Pain?
Question: I have a type 2 acromion is present.mildly retracted tear supraspinatus degenerative tearing of superior and anterior labrum nearly cystic appearing lesion lying between coracoclavicular ligament and supraspinatus .Would I need surgery ?if so what kind?

My kidney function s have became low my creatine is 1.1was 1.3 .The doctor took me off all my voltaren.In the mean time the pain is very bad from this arthritis and this tear in my shoulder.I'm on nucynta for pain but it's only works for a little while.Do you think that it will hurt me to take 1 Coltrane?.I was on 50 mg three time a day.
