Brief Answer:
Regarding your risk of STDs
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Fondling and touching are absolutely safe practices and do not carry any risk of STD transmission. STD's are usually transmitted by unprotected sexual contact i.e either oral, vaginal or anal sex, though kissing (specially wet kissing, not just dry kissing) can be a risk factor for transmission of Herpes Labialis (HSV type 1 virus). Herpes labialis usually presents as painful sores on oral mucosa (involves lips, gums and palate).
