Do Uterine Fibroids Affect Fertility?

AS BELOW
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Generally, Mifepristone is known to shrink fibroids, so it is a valid treatment.
I would have to look at your scan to see if it was the appropriate treatment in your case.
Also, Mifepristone suppresses ovulation, after stopping its usage, it can take a couple of months for periods and ovulation to return.
WHen did you start Mifepristone and when did you stop ?
ALso, before taking Sysron and Regesterone, was ultrasound scan done ?
These both are progesterone medications, once the endometrium is of sufficient growth, they help in shedding it.
If the endometrium has not grown, estrogen is needed to grow it.
So ideally before starting it, scanning should be done.
In general, fibroids that do not impinge on the uterine cavity will not affect fertility.
However please do upload your scan so that I can comment on that aspect better.
Sysron and Regesterone do not have the side effect mentioned by you, maybe you are having mild gastro enteritis, that is causing these problems.
You need to take Sporlac Qik XXXXXXX twice daily for 3 days, drink lots of water and curd and see if the symptoms are okay.
For how many days have you taken Regestrone now ?
Please write back with the details requested.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
You should finish the course of Regestrone, and I think you would mostly have a withdrawal bleed then.
Regarding the further treatment and conception issue, I am awaiting the scan report that I had requested you to upload ( that details the fibroids ).
After looking at that I can guide you regarding further approach to your issue.
Awaiting the report.
Take care.
