Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Firstly as its been just 17 days post c-section now and you have been breast feeding religiously, the chance of pregnancy are anyways negligible as ovulation shall be prevented naturally for atleast next 2-3 months due to lactational amenorrhoea. Also fresh ovulation shall start only after next menses but initial cycles are anovulatory due to lactation. So there was no need to take diane 35 at all. Now that you have already taken it , refrain from taking the next dose as its not required.
You shall not get pregnant after this episode with your partner.
Diane is a combined e+p pill and stat dosage of 4 pills together may sometimes cause decrease in milk production but overall has no adverse effect on the child's health.
It is suggested that you should avoid sex completely till at least 6 weeks post partum and shall start on progesterone only pills like CERAZETTE for contraception.

If you have taken it already then you may not worry at all, it will not harm your child in any ways. You may continue breast feeding as you have been regularly and can wait for a withdrawal bleed or spotting as after 7-8 days , in response to Diane-35.
However it is suggested that you should get a serum beta hcg test after 8 days of intercourse to conclusively rule out pregnancy, to relieve your anxiety completely.
