Does Methamphetamine Interact With Adderall?

Question: I'm on 5 adderal 30 mg a day.I know that's a lot but I'm being treated for AHAD and Narcolepsy together< On a standard urine test will meth show up different on my test or will the meth and adderall show up the same.
