Does Nutrilite Slimmetry Help In Losing Weight?

Question: Hi,

I have pco and am over weight. I am 5'4" and weigh 90 kgs. Will taking nutrilite's slimmetry help me lose weight? My periods are irregular; only with tablets do I get my monthly periods. I have been taking the ayurvedic tablet arbonidd since a year now and want to know if I could take any nutrilite auppliment to help, instead of arbonidd. Thanks.

I can understand your concerns.

Weight gain is one of the major problem in PCOD.

Tablet arbonidd is not helping you to loose weight.

In my opinion, nutrilite slimmetry will not help you much in loosing weight.
Even the manufacturer mentions that it has to be taken in association to low carbohydrate and low fat diet.
Also, there is no clinical rrsearch which shows that this helps in weight loss.

So, nothing is better than dietary control and physical exercises in reducing weight.
