Does PSA Level Increase When Suffering From An UTI?

Question: Hi,
on july 21i suffered from fever , chills , cloudy urin and starting feeling pain when urinating..
i was diagnised with UTI infection... i took a took course of Cipro.. my symptoms went away
except that i started to feel discomfort around my anus.. they checked my prostate and doctor
said it was tender / enflammed and he suspected thats where the infection is
i was given a 4 weeks course of Cipro ..after 4 weeks still feel the same discomfort.
i just had TRUS and the radio tech said he saw no abscess.
i had a cystoscopy, DRE and with uti infection the PSA LEVEL WILL SOAR UP?
my urologist made me do the PSA TEST right after DRE AND cystoscopy was done

the ultrasound report reads as follow:
the bladder walls are normal but the bladder is poorly distended with a volume only of 85 cc, post void residual is 10 cc indicating a retention up 5 %. the prostate is mildly enlarged with a volume of 30 cc, it is grossly homogeneous with no nodularities but it has some calcification.
There are no pelvic masses
SUMMARYMild prostatic hypertrophy with a small retention in the bladder after voiding.
let me know your opinion and proper treatmentThank you
